World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades are a key part of gearing up your character. Upgrades increase the damage of your item and enhancements.
They also offer rewards and upgrades. The Blacksmith can also sell them to you.
The upgrade button is located on any item. Every recycled item adds one level to the upgrade gauge.
Weapon
When an item is upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus as well as a scaling factor that influences other stats. Certain upgrade components have cosmetic effects and others provide additional features. These upgrades can be slotted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools, and most require that the equipment have an upgrade slot that is available and meet certain requirements. The upgrade component can be removed from a weapon, armor, or trinket, but it will not be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found by using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool, or by using a high-tier salvage tool on the item itself.
A weapon can also be upgraded to include a Calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, such as Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is accomplished through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times depending on the weapon's level.
Once the weapon has reached its maximum level of improvement and is then modified to give different bonuses and effects or improve specific stats. All of these upgrades can be applied simultaneously and the effects differ based on how rare the weapon is.
Two Blacksmiths are able to perform these upgrades in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. The upgrade materials are both different: Smithing Stones to modify the kind of damage weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.
It is generally recommended to increase the damage of your weapon first, followed by armor defense, and finally the other secondary stats that are required by your build. It is not uncommon to see melee Druids upgrade their weapons prior to upgrading other gear. This helps maximize DPS. This is particularly relevant to enchantments that can be extremely efficient in increasing a weapon's damage and other stats.
Armor
Item Upgrades allow players to increase the performance of certain weapons, armors trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools. These upgrades may also have other effects, such as an increase in damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades can be obtained through crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, loot drop or as rewards for quests.
The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currency. In the majority of cases, a piece of armor will be upgraded to next tier once an upgrade is applied. This can be done for all types of armor, though certain items are not upgradeable in any way (such as the armor used to start in Great Sky Island).

In addition to increasing the base defense of an item, a few upgrades also provide specific abilities that can be activated while wearing an armor. Certain upgrades provide passive effects that are useful, such as the ability to reduce damage while wearing armor, or increasing the chance of avoiding an attack.
Depending on the type of armor, upgrading an item could require multiple tries. For example, if a player wanted to upgrade an existing Steelclash armor to Dragonscale the first attempt will result in a brand new piece of Dragonscale with the base defense of 59-67. The second attempt would result in a new Dragonscale armor that has an initial defense of 67-77, and it goes on.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do item upgrade , they must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations has a fair with a great power that can upgrade a piece of armor for you.
Despite popular belief armor isn't useless in The Division 2. The truth is that some armors have very significant boosts to poison or curse, fire, or magic damage reduction, making them extremely useful for certain types of builds. There are other ways to increase the stats of armor beyond the use of upgradeable armor, such as the engineer trait that increases armor penetration or the challenger trait to lower total weight.
Potion
A potion can be upgraded by putting it in the brewing stand to unlock new effects. The upgrade opens a different tier of potion effects, and can be re-used to increase the potency.
The potion also has a custom color code, which the player can choose via /give, and that affects area-of-effect clouds and arrows produced by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom potion color also applies to the potions' particle effects.
The water bottle, common and thick potions, as well as awkward potions now have a different texture when they are brewed. Add potion of weakness and healing potion in the Creative inventory. Added lingering potions that can be prepared using splash potions or dragon breath and a strong potion with the status effect Mining Fatigue (duration 4:00). Trinket
A trinket can be an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It could be a necklace or ring. Or, it could be a tiny banner that marks the yard of a boat. It can also refer to a trinket that is gilded on the mast of a vessel.
This macabre trinket is believed to be influencing the denizens of this maze which makes them more prevalent. The trinket, at the moment, makes all types of mimics more prevalent and gives each floor a Y% chance that it will contain an ebony copy. This trinket is priced at a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.
The enchanted Scepter's magic appears to influence the dungeon, increasing its likelihood of generating water and grass. This trinket, at its current level, will cause X% of the regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It will not alter glyphs, enchantments, cursed armor or weapons, or items that are generated to solve hazards rooms.
While it looks like a normal newt's eye, this mysterious item appears to affect your vision in ways that go beyond merely reducing your field of view. This trinket, at the moment level, increases the health benefits gained from drinking potions of healing and wells of life by X%, and gives you mind-sight on enemies within the Y tile. This trinket is not stacked with the Heightened Senses.
After you have completed the Mastery Cave After completing the Mastery Cave, you will be able to find Trinkets by taking on Monsters and inside chests and crates in Skull Cavern. They are not in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
When you have a trinket which requires upgrading put it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will have an effect on the trinket which is random that will either enhance or intensify its effects. You can reorge the Trinket as often as you want, but it will always have a new effect.
You can also improve your Trinkets by putting them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. It will cost you 6 energy and increase the power of the trinket by only a tiny amount.
